Simplicity 5172 Vintage Summer Blouse Pattern UNCUT

Button-front shirts gathered to yoke have notched collar and optional patch pocket. V1 has long set-in sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs. V2 has short sleeves with tuck detail. V3 has self-banded extended shoulders. V4 is sleeveless.
Unused pattern, in factory folds; envelope may show some shelfwear.
