A real vintage treasure!
McCall's sewing pattern 1502 for a variety of sock dolls and clothing. Circa 1948. Pattern pieces and instructions to make sock dolls with clothing: Clown, Ballet Dancer, Girl, Sailor. Pattern for 4 stuffed dolls, about 15 inches high. One pair of "Daddy's white lisle socks, size 12, will make the bodies of two dolls. The wigs are made of wool. Faces embroidered with six--strand cotton. Clothes may be made from scrap basket pieces."
The transfers for making the faces are included (I checked) but I have no idea if they still work!
Unused pattern, in factory folds; envelope may show some shelfwear.
