“Misses’ Dress and Belt. Very loose-fitting, pullover, blouson dress, six inches below mid-knee or evening length with front, back and sleeves gathered into self-faced yokes. Has round neckline, button and loop closing, center front neckline slit, elasticized waistline, and pockets in side seams. Narrow hem and topstitch trim. Above or below-elbow length dolman sleeves are elasticized at lower edge. May be worn with or without self-tie belt.”
